Tree Planting

Firebrand plant 10 trees for every order over £500. T’s & C’s apply.

At Firebrand, we plant Mangrove Trees, Kelp and Fruit Trees through our partnership with Climate Wise. Planting these seed types means we support multiple reforestation projects including Mangrove restoration, Seaforestation and Agroforestry.

Mangrove restoration is the process of revitalizing and reestablishing mangrove ecosystems in areas where they have been degraded or lost. This effort involves planting and nurturing mangrove trees and other vegetation in coastal zones, with the aim of enhanced biodiversity, prevented shoreline erosion and reduced impacts of climate change.

Seaforestation is an emerging conservation strategy focused on the restoration and cultivation of underwater seagrass and kelp forests in marine environments. This approach aims to bolster marine ecosystems by planting and nurturing these underwater plants, which play a vital role in enhanced water quality, habitats for marine life and ocean health.

Agroforestry is a sustainable land management approach that combines the cultivation of trees or woody plants with agricultural crops or livestock on the same piece of land. This integrated system provides ecological and economic benefits, including enhanced soil health, biodiversity and land productivity.
