Our branded cycling jerseys are fully bespoke to your artwork design. They can also be pantone matched to match your brand’s guidelines.

The jerseys themselves are available with either short or long sleeve. They’re made from 100% polyester material which is quick drying, has moisture management, is breathable and anti-bacterial.

For cycling jerseys to become branded cycling jerseys, they use the dye sublimation method. You can find out more about different branding methods here. The inks are a disperse dye which is suspended in a liquid solvent, like water. The images are initially printed onto coated heat-resistant transfer paper as a reverse image of the final design, which is then transferred onto polyester fabric in a heat press operating at a temperature around 180 to 210°C.
