Red Nose Day Bake Sale!
Fundraising for a great cause!
On the 24th March 2017, we did our bit for Comic Relief with a Red Nose Day Bake Sale. Comic relief helps to make a real difference to people living unbelievably tough lives in the UK and across Africa.
The Firebrand team got dressed up in red and brought in a fantastic selection of sweet and savoury treats for the bake sale.
We successfully raised £480.35 for Comic Relief. An amazing result considering we beat our target by £280.35!
How does your money help?
£10 could enable an isolated person with dementia to attend a weekly support group in the UK. £150 could provide a family, living and working on a rubbish dump in Sierra Leone, with a business start-up grant and a year’s accommodation.
