It features a combination of zoned micro and nano baffles to increase core warmth without inflating weight or bulk. With a 30D recycled Pertex® Quantum ripstop outer and 100% recycled, 700FP, hydrophobic down, the Microlight Alpine Jacket now treads a little lighter on the planet. Practical and stylish, both as an everyday jacket and as a mountain layer, it has three harness-compatible pockets, an easy-carry stuff sack and a down-filled hood with stiffened peak. With its refined style, improved down distribution, technical features and lower impact than its predecessor, the Microlight Alpine Jacket is the definitive multi-purpose down jacket. In Rab’s Service Centre they repair, patch, and wash your kit to ensure it keeps going for as long as possible. When it’s time to part, if it’s still useable, find it a new home. Rab suggest that you donate it to a friend, a charity, or someone in need. If they’re unable to repair your item, Rab save what they can. Stripping items for zip pulls, toggles, spare stuff sacks. Washing and drying them, ready to re-use on repairs. For the bits we can’t reuse, Rab are exploring a range of end-of-life options. Including down recovery and recycling, repurposing fabric, donating, and more.
