Popcorn Shed is a premium brand that cares about the environment and their use of materials. Wherever possible they endeavour to use sustainable ingredients and packaging. Their cartons are made from recyclable board, sourced from sustainable forests. Their packaging films are PET free plastic which can be recycled at larger supermarket recycling points. To reduce food waste, they have invested in packaging technology that gives their popcorn a shelf life of up to 12 months+, making it one of the longest on the popcorn market. Plus, they supply sifted popcorn hulls and un-popped kernels to a local farm for cattle feed. Their factory’s electricity is supplied with 40% renewable resources.
