Firebrand Promotions Ltd becomes Geiger Ltd.
We’re pleased to announce that effective 1st September 2025, Firebrand Promotions Ltd will fully integrate into Geiger Ltd.
As many of our customers and supply partners will know, Geiger acquired Firebrand in July 2023, and after two successful years of collaboration, we believe the time is right to formally merge our two businesses. This is a natural next step, and one that brings many benefits to you as our valued client.
We understand that changes like this can raise questions about continuity of service. Please be assured that our commitment to our customers remains unchanged. This merger is a positive development and is designed to enhance our customer’s experience with us, not disrupt it.

FAQs
Has your company name changed?
Yes, we now trade as Geiger Ltd. We kindly ask that you update your records to reflect this.
Will your bank or payment details change?
Yes. Please contact us to request our new details. This will include our billing address and payment details.
If I have an existing order in progress, do I pay the new bank details?
All orders placed before the 1st September 2025 will be invoiced through the Firebrand system.
Will my main point of contact change?
At both Firebrand and Geiger, exceptional customer service isn’t just a promise, it’s a shared value that defines how we work. While our name may be changing, our commitment to you isn’t. You’ll continue working with the same team members you know and trust, and you can expect the same responsiveness, care, and attention to detail that you’ve always received.
Where is your new office?
We are continuing to operate from our Leatherhead office, and we also use the Hayes office too.
What happens to your old email addresses?
We’ve transitioned to a new email format under the Geiger domain, but don’t worry as our old Firebrand email addresses will remain active for a long transition period. If you happen to email us using an old address, it will still reach us so there’s no need to resend or forward your message.
Will your services change?
Firebrand had many great value-added services for customers, and as part of Geiger, these will be strengthened thanks to in-house designers, in-house webstore teams and in-house printing, plus many other great things. Rest assured, you will continue to be in safe hands.

Is sustainability important to Geiger?
Absolutely. Just like Firebrand, Geiger is deeply committed to sustainability. Will there be changes in management?
Our Business Unit Director, Andrew Bourne retired after a successful career at the end of June 2025. Vicky Kinasz, President of Geiger International leads Geiger UK. Many customers will be familiar with Firebrand’s Sales & Marketing Director, Paul Oakley. Paul is now taking on a new position within Geiger as Sales Director.
What happens to existing contracts and agreements?
To facilitate this transition, all existing agreements currently held with Firebrand Promotions Ltd. will be transferred to Geiger Ltd. This change will not affect the commercial terms of your agreement; it simply reflects an update to the legal contracting party. Those customers who are in contract with Firebrand Promotions Ltd. will receive a letter with more information.
